Balance Terms

Supplement to the Terms & Conditions for the prepaid Internal Balance on NeonVault.

1. What the Internal Balance is

The Internal Balance is a prepaid credit held in your customer account with NEONVAULT LTD. It can be used only to pay for items sold on NeonVault. It is not a bank account, e-money, a payment instrument or a currency, and it earns no interest.

2. Adding funds

You add funds by card payment through our secure payment page. Each top-up is a purchase of prepaid credit, receipted like any other order. Single top-ups are between $5.00 and $2,000.00; the balance cannot exceed $5,000.00. We may lower these limits, decline a top-up, or require identity verification at any time to prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Using the balance

At checkout you may pay an order entirely from your balance when it covers the final amount. Balance payments are settled immediately and cannot be reversed by you once the order is confirmed; the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the order itself.

4. No withdrawal, transfer or cash-out

The balance cannot be withdrawn, paid out, transferred to another customer or third party, or converted into cash or any other currency, except where a refund is required by law. Any proceeds you may earn from selling items under the Seller Terms are handled separately and are never added to the Internal Balance.

5. Refunds and cancellations

If an order paid from the balance is cancelled or refunded, the amount is credited back to your balance. If a card top-up is refunded, the refund goes only to the original card and the same amount is removed from your balance; if it had already been spent, the balance becomes negative and must be settled before further purchases. We do not refund unspent balance to a card except where required by law or at our discretion in exceptional cases.

6. Inactivity and closure

Balances have no expiry date while your account is open. If you close your account, or we close it for breach of the Terms, any remaining balance is forfeited unless applicable law requires otherwise. We will tell you before closing an account with a positive balance and give you a reasonable period to spend it.

7. Errors and misuse

We may correct balance errors, reverse credits made by mistake, and suspend the balance while we investigate suspected fraud, chargebacks or misuse. Balances funded by a card payment that is later charged back are reversed in full.

8. Records

Your balance history is available in your account under Wallet and is kept for at least 120 days after each movement.

9. Changes

We may change these terms with reasonable notice on this page. Changes do not affect funds already added except where required by law or to comply with a payment-network rule.
